I'll also go with Catlady in Training.
CaptCleghorn gets my vote
Nschornhorst for a cover that perhaps best suits the theme of not being in immediate danger but nevertheless wishing you were any place other than here
This was a tough choice, I'll go with icctrombone.
Slava Ukraini!Truth and love must prevail over lies and hatred
I vote seismic-2!
Nschornhorst
Get my vote.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:
Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Oh, and are you happy your favorite amphibian appeared in a certain green lady's trailer?

As, I think, everyone has voted and there’s no tie in sight, I’m voting as well: K7P5V. Because the cover is funny…
I will go outside this morning and go back in a couple of hours. If nobody has made the tally, I would do it.
(The thing is: I’m never sure when it’s technically the end of the votes…)

O Captain! My Captain!
Our contest is done;
Your entry has weather'd every rack, the prize you sought is won!
I found the same results… Thank you, WestPhillyPunisher for having done the tally.
And congratulations to the winner, CaptCleghorn: you, indeed, stuck to the subject with a nice cover.
Thanks, everyone, for posting all these covers… If I win one more time, the subject will be less difficult (I promise… )

Congrats to CaptCleghorn.
And thanks to WPP and nx01a for the votes. I wasn't sure a L.E.G.I.O.N/Lobo cover would score any votes.
Congratulations, CaptCleghorn! Also, many thanks to Lord Mikel, seismic-2, and CaptCleghorn for the kind votes! Oh, and thank you to WPP for also liking my joke earlier.
