Getting another Lex in the mix (unless he’s merely taking over for Quinto). No O’Connell, Daly, or Newbern though, looks like it will just be Criss as Superman for this trilogy.

I'm generally OK with this. We already have two Clark Kents, so I'll take quality over quantity. If there's no Jason O'Mara Batman, then it tracks that there's no O'Connell Superman (i.e. they morphed into the Ackles and Criss versions, respectively, thanks to Flash). It also don't hurt so much since I'm not a fan of STAS.

I wish they had gotten another VA for Earth 2 Superman but I’m not bothered by it either. I was kinda hoping to see Superboy-Prime show up though.

That is a good point. I was just thinking of the legacy DCAU Supermen, but it's looking like I'll be disappointed about a lack of Prime.

There might be 1-2 surprises but Corey Stoll should be a solid Lex.
