At least I found the story from Dell Ghost Stories I remember reading 50 years ago about the odd little man whose donated blood (always the right type) killed bad people after ttransfusion. Probably written by John Stanley, I don't know about the artist...it wasn't Joe Stanton like I thought once. Dell Ghost Stories # 7, "Blood will tell", on viewcomics.

According to the GCD, "Blood Will Tell" in Ghost Stories #7 (published by Dell) was written by Carl Memling with Pencils and Inks by Frank Springer.
