Best: PLANET X (Phil Jimenez) - grand, regal and powerful without requiring an octogenarian+ to have superheroic musculature. Bonus points for ironically nazi-esque tailoring - he's become his own monster.
Worst: UNCANNY White suit with Black striping (Bachalo?) - White (in Magnus's own words "The Color of Surrender") has never looked quite right outside of the Age of X suit.

Why not? It appears to augment his powers after all. I would suspect it would've contained some of the same hardware features that a Iron Man,Mandroid or the Alpha Flight battle suit would have, Com gear,sensor array,heads-up display, onboard gps ect.

Forgot my runner up BEST, and it wasn't even featured in an X-Book...
The dystopian pocket universe lorded over by the evil misogynist, Mahkizmo,the Nuclear Man allowed artist Carmen Carnero to introduce a very cool Rogue outfit. Love how the chain detail creates the "stripe" effect three dimensionally...

BEST: X-Men:Evolution

Man… I have always thought that Evolution suit was pretty cool. The only thing I don’t love about it is the boots. Maybe just go with the classic boot cut/style, but in tan. Otherwise it’s perfect, though. I even prefer that black/tan color scheme to the brown/tan. It’s like a combo of that one, the old brown costume, and his newer black/gray X-Force one.

They should really tweak that outfit (the boots mainly) and make it his default in the comics IMO.
