One thing that struck me was when Mags & Lodos did their combo, and it was said the Arakkii aren't used to doing circuits or haven't done many before, somethin' like that. Is this a new reveal, or has it been mentioned & already established before?

It hasn’t been stated before per se, at least to my knowledge, though it has been made clear (by Al Ewing early on in this series as well as I’m sure in other places) that because theirs is a warlike culture, it’s considered an affront to the Arakki to help someone who is engaged in combat. So the logical inference there is that they wouldn’t do mutant circuits because it’s dishonorable.

It was dying in Otherworld that caused problems.

I believe that was a result of Amenth, not Arrako. So, where it was, not what it is.
