Hal Jordan and Arisia for obvious reason though I only heard about them by reputation
I've seen some panels and retelling from fans but I didn't read it myself.

Do we count Dick and Catalina Flores as a romance? They had some tension but I don't know if they actually had a relationship

Harley and Joker in terms of abuse. In terms of tragedy and comedy they're fine.

Bruce and Barbara in Batman Beyond 2.0 where it's revealed that they had sex resulting in a baby while Dick was away

SMWW when written by Tomasi because his WW was so bad... like violence oriented... which is weird because he usually gets the character. The other authors are fine.
