Considering that the Djinn cannot use his power unless someone makes a wish (which is not specified in the original scenario) then Bruce wins. At the very least, all he has to do is shove the Djinn back into his jewel.

People say this all the time it's not true he does lots of things without a wish super speed healing teleporting he just can't use he's full power.

Anyway as for the fight Bruce Almighty stomps him there's nothing WM can do the guys basically a walking IG.
