Batman TV show in Batman comics

I was recently reading DC Comics Presents second volume that was done as a tribute to late Schwartz and one of them has two stories about there being in-universe Batman TV show. Was this idea ever explored in regular Batman comics? It probably makes sense that someone would try to cash-in on Batman's name.

I think it's established that there's actual in-universe merch and media for actual Superheroes for both DC and Marvel.

Like kids having Batman toys or dolls and such. Or how marketable Superman, Wonder Woman, and Flash are.

Not sure about Batman but there are Superman movies in the DCU. Superman has met the actor and has used his help from time to time.

A Wonder Woman supporting character played Arkham Knight, but it's just a one panel shout out comment. The merchs and Bat Burger are more consistent

Oh the crossover had Magilla Gorilla want to make a Flying Graysons movie... that's the closest thing I remember
