Scenario match. The Mandarin is attempting to conquer the world and the only hero available to stop him is She-Hulk. The Mandarin is not prepped specifically for her, but is heavily prepped in a generic way for world conquest.

Couldn't the Mandarin beat her pretty handily just with his rings and no prep? He can blind her with light or darkness, fly out of range, make illusions of multiple copies of himself so she cannot know where to attack, and then amp his psi attacks and force her surrender (or force her to return to human form and then kill her).
