After Diana took the lasso back. Did they fight again one last time? If so, Where did the last battle against her take place in Post Crisis? Was in a JL book?

As far as Im able to remember, after Simone departed next Genocide's appereance was on Orlando's run

hmm, Do you count that time when the Circle consumed Genocides remains for a power boost?
The problem which faced Genocide is that there was hardly an opportunity to use her.
After Simones run you had that alternate universe take where Diana had a new history and Ares was nothing.
Then you had Flashpoint reboot and Azzarellos 'gods only. greek myth on. final destination.' run, followed by the Finch run.
Then we had another reboot with Rucka establishing a whole new continuity for Wonder Woman again.
Until Orlandos run there honestly wasn't much opportunity for Genocide to pop up.
In retrospect it was rather curious how Orlandos depiction of Genocide bore similarities to Marvels 'Destroyer' and it even had a sort of precedent in Simones run with how Cheetah was tied to the zombie.
