Have you ever been a Jerry, Kramer, and or Newman?

Inspired by babyblob who got me thinking about Seinfeld the show in another thread.

Jerry - Cant stand the guy his friend occasionally hangs out with.

Kramer - Has two friends who can’t stand each other.

Newman - Can’t stand the guy his friend always hangs out with.

I gotta say I’ve been all 3 of these guys at one point or another; it happened growing up and even more often as an adult since my job required me to relocate every few years and become part of a whole new group dynamic.

Years ago I had two groups of friends.

The first group was 3 people plus me.


THe Second group was 4 people plus me.

Groups A with 3 people had a girl that hated a guy in group B. So none of the group would hang with the other.

So kind of Kramer on a large scale.

I've also experienced all three at some points. Probably more Kramer than Jerry or Newman.

Kramer is the most neutral, able to hang with people who are opposites equally well. That's pretty much me.
