Agreed, we need a little bit more variety. And Valient been pretty good compared to DC/Marvel for awhile now imo.

Sadly Valiant is dead, I'm pretty surprised these films are happening what with the financial issues around Valiant and DMG

I liked the Harbinger comic so I'm curious how this goes.

Eh, what with the lay offs, refusing to pay royalties on reprints and collections and late payments they are going to have a real hard time getting talent interested in working for them going forward. I'd be very surprised if they were publishing comics six months from now.

Close enough. Sure they still have comics coming out, but nowhere near the renaissance of 2012 - 2015/16.

There are rumours Dinesh is trying to get ownership of the company back. Forcing him out was a mistake in the first place.

Hopefully. Things came to a halt after Bloodshot came out.

Personally, I would have gone with Shadow-man or XO-Manowar before Harbingers.

Those could be a year out from release minimum if they started filming tomorrow.

I'm just hoping VALIANT can survive this current bad financial turn.

Harbinger is a great take on contemporary young superheroes, with deeply flawed / morally ambiguous characters. To me it would work best as a TV series, but we'll see how this goes.

Harbinger as a more Alpha version of The Runaways in a TV series would be ideal.
