Any decisions EA has made to become a highly hated Big Business company.
That includes customers having to pay extra cash to get the true ending of Mass Effect 3 which was intentionally done just to make more cash.
Also, EA bought out favored studios that make gun games which are done to control their brands.

the worst business decision was buying and hoarding multiple copies of the same comic book issue and investing in it like a stock before being gradually brought to the harsh and grim reality that nobody would buy one copy from a plentiful supply for a high price.
