    Default Garou (One Punch Man) vs All Might (My Hero Academia)

    What happens when the hero hunter goes after the world's greatest hero?

    Garou is at his peak but still human form. Same with All Might who is in his physical prime. Fight takes place in an open but abandoned city. Who wins?

    What exactly counts as Garou's peak human form?

    Whatever it is I wouldn't be surprised if he can blitz All Might.

    Yeah, All Might's speed feats are kind of ambiguous at best and even "on the dregs of my energy and mostly human," Garou has that feat of parrying sustained gatling gunfire.

    Also, unless OP is intending to hold him at a certain level, he'll just evolve.

    Yup, Garou should still have a speed edge even here, and, as mentioned by Nik, he'll evolve and assimilate All Might's own stuff.
