Default Which Acolyte do you want to return?

We have seen Voght and Franzy with SWORD.
We have seen Cortez on SWORD, Way of X and now in Legion of X
We have Exodus on the Quiet Counsil.
Temporarily member Tempo joined the Marauders

But what about the other Acolytes? Some have dies (Miilan, Firefist, Rem-Ram, Melloncamp, Javitz, Katu, Static, Spoor)
Some are MIA (Vindaloo, Projector, Gargouille, Kleinstock Brothers)
    Or depowered like Scanner .

Who would you like to return and get some focus next?

Edit: Forgot to let us vote for more than one option. So write if you want more than one and just vote for the one you miss most.

Chrome. Transmutation powers are always interesting to me, but he in particular has a lot of potential to have different takes on using his powers than most characters would come up with - like, aside from transmuting people into statues, he used his powers to kickstart thruster reactions that let him fly somewhat like Cannonball. Like, who jumps from 'I have transmutation powers' right to 'I can use them to turn my ass into a jet engine' y'know? Its one thing for mutants who naturally have that powerset like Sam or Jetstream, but Chrome had to make the actual leap 'here's how I can make this happen' - dude wanted to fly so bad he did the CALCULATIONS for how to convert his gas emissions into jet fuel. Now that's an intellect, okay? His mind. HIS MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIND.

But in all seriousness, I do think he's a character writers could get particularly imaginative with, in terms of power usage, and I just think he'd have an interesting perspective to explore. He's 'iconic' in universe for being one of Magneto's original Acolytes, and the one who saved Magneto's life from Cortez - without his actions, it could be argued that Krakoa might never even have happened. That's gotta be good for generating some clout.....and by the same token, he's NOT gonna be a fan of Cortez even with the whole amnesty for past deeds thing. He's like okay, so trusting THAT dude was a mistake, never doing THAT again......but meanwhile Cortez has already managed to second-chance his way into a high position within the new law enforcement element of Krakoan society. Chrome would be like umm hi hello, have any of you people met common sense, I hear its great.

Idk, idk. I just think there's potentially something really poignant about the POV of a character whose claim to fame is he died so that other 'more important' mutants could live, and do the work of making all this possible, and who presumably is respected by both former allies AND enemies for that. Its an interesting element of a post-resurrection society I'd love to see explored via him: what's it like to be a guy whose biggest contribution in life was basically 'he died'.....and how do you deal with the insecurities or worries that you maybe already peaked, and nothing you ever do after your return-to-life will ever match the impact you had in death?

Are there really that many? The only one I remember at all from this list is Firefist, who was pre-existing - the rest are just a vague agglomeration of random people wearing a yellow headset, pouches, and a ponytail.

Yes, I did mention him in my opening post, but only had 15 names I could fill out.

There were plenty others as well, but they only joined very shortly, like Rakkus, Orator and Barnacle, but I am positive barely anyone gives sh.t about those.

I'm surprised that Scott/Jean didn't advocate for Rusty.

Neophyte shoulda been featured in Generation X back in the day. There was potential there.

Scanner or Unuscione could be nice to spotlight. Throw them in the next X-Men election, they won't win, but maybe the buzz could lead them to follow Tempo getting a role in a book.

Definitely Mellencamp. Great visual, lethal, and keeps getting taken out in cool ways.

Senyaka's a very close second: great visual, lethal, and keeps getting taken out in cool ways.

Unuscione, definitely. Along with Frenzy (who was a pre-existing character), Carmella Unuscione was my favorite, and could have some story potential with a reunion with her dad, Unus, or her brother / half-brothers, Flex and Radius, of that funky Alpha Flight lineup.

But of those listed? Milan, Scanner or someone who'd bring drama, like Annemarie Cortez, or with a unique look, like Gargouille.

Agree. There are quite a few "shoulda been" NM and Gen Xers.
