    Yes, artists follow a specific Reed "model"--he's always going to have a serious brow/focused gaze, a firm jaw, etc.--but right off the bat, I could see that the actual art style was definitely not Sinnott. I'm pretty good at spotting Sinnott's work, he has such identifiable trademarks (IMO) and he's one of my Silver Age faves (and yes, I know he continued to work long past the Silver Age but his style didn't deviate much from his SA work).

    But it's all in the eye of the beholder I suppose.
    Anyway, as Captain Europe and I noted earlier in this thread, the artist is Dale Eaglesham
