All the same, Jesse and Max just feels...weird. Like not Jesse sleeping with her moms' boyfriend weird, but still weird.

I for one would welcome the end of that marriage. That said I don't think there's a "Jesse and Max". Just an older gentleman giving a compliment to one of his pupils, his friends daughter. Is chivalry dead in 2022?

I only ask because we haven't seen them together yet since they both got brought back, DC hates marriages, and they're trying to push Rick and Beth on the Stargirl show and Beths' alive again...but I'd prefer him with Jesse.

I think it was also Jesse's comments felt a little flirty but that might just be quippy banter.

Nah, that's the old management. Everyone now is married with children. That said, I never really liked that pairing, I find Rick way too boring to be with Jessie.

As for not having seem them together... It feels like the JSA is " returning from limbo this month" now for some good five years, doesn't it?

Superman is, Arthur is, Wally is...I think that's about it for the main heroes. I'm not sure if they've restored Barry and Iris' marriage.

Can't say with 100% certainty. But Voidsong did, and it seems to be in continuity. Also, Bart exists, so they are married or will be.
