Default Which Comic Creators Would You Love to See On a Star Wars Book?

As a fan of Cam Kennedy's artwork on Dark Empire & Boba Fett I would love to see more British comic talent working on Star Wars.

Garth Ennis would be great writing a Star Wars comic focusing on the more military Sci fi aspect of the the Star Wars universe. A Republic Commando or Stormtrooper comic by him would be brilliant.

Walt Simonson did a handful of issues of the original Marvel Star Wars comic, which I have yet to read, but I think his style perfectly captures the pulpiness of the Original Trilogy.

John Byrne if he ever decides to work for Marvel again.

Geoff Johns, just out of morbid curiosity.

DnA reunite to tell us the story of how Tag & Bink get back together during the sequel trilogy.

Greg Rucka again. Right now he’s the only writer not named Kasdan to have shown any respect to Finn.
Like action, adventure, rogues, and outlaws? Like anti-heroes, femme fatales, mysteries and thrillers?

I wrote a book with them. Outlaw’s Shadow: A Sherwood Noir. Robin Hood’s evil counterpart, Guy of Gisbourne, is the main character. Feel free to give it a look: https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asi...E2PKBNJFH76GQP

Yeah, his lead up to Force Awakens was one of the best Star Wars books Marvel has put out.

Interesting thing is John Jackson Miller wrote the first novel in the new continuity: A New Dawn. (He also wrote one of the last LEGENDS books-Kenobi)

Miller’s Knights Of The Old Republic run is still strong enough that LFL should consider adapting it even now.

I wonder if that might depend on whether the KOTOR game remake gets out of development hell, and what changes it might make to the story.

Not exactly the same thing, but Chris Claremont did some Willow sequel novels. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_Moon_(novel). Read that his novels aren't particularly good, although his X-men work is certainly wordy, guess it doesn't translate well to prose.
