Arcade is a baseline human and has no superpowers of his own although he did wear a nanomachine-enhanced suit -- and, as for the Sentinels, outside of Prime Sentinels none were remotely human -- I'm talking exclusively about X-Men enemy(s)/teams (take 'yer pick ) at one point in X-History they had a multitude.
