Dick Grayson - Tough choice between Perez-era New Teen Titans and Dixon-era Nightwing. And you can toss Raven, Kory, Vic and Gar into the Perez-era Titans group, too. I prefer the earlier Raven to the later "not allowed to feel" one even within this era.
Elongated Man - Silver age all the way. I loathe how they made him a buffoon later.
Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) - 2006 series
Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) - 1986 series.
Blue Devil - '80s Series.
Bart Allen - '90s Impulse
Stephanie Brown - Spoiler in the '90s
Tim Drake - Robin in the '90s.
Green Arrow - Oliver Queen in the earlier '70s.
Zatanna - Probably during the Satellite League.
Superboy - Kon in the Kesel years in Hawaii.
Hal Jordan - Silver age.
Barry Allen - Silver age. I actually read these first to see early appearances of Wally, but fell in love with Barry. And later on Iris was poorly used then killed off.
Joker - his first appearance is fantastic to me. He isn't crazy, he isn't funny, but he's great. And I'm not a villain person. But I think his theatricality and meticulous planning were a great match for Batman.
