What film or tv show based on a book (non-comic) would you like to see made?

Elric would be a good one, as well as Fafhrd & Gray Mouser, Conan, or even Red Sonja. You would need to commit to a budget, though, and for the Elric I would insist that Moorcock himself be at least consulted and listened to, if not actually having creative control. That series has a unique voice and feel that would be supremely difficult for anyone else to capture.

Just the sheer decadence of the Melnibonean court would be fun to see, but yeah, it would take some work.

If it could be done in equal parts comedy and drama I would adore a series based off the Xanth books by Piers Anthony.

The CGI budget would be crazy huge though, lol.
