I love Casually Comics - you never know where she's going to go, but she tends to explore the insanity that was the DC Silver Age:

    Word Balloon is pretty nifty.

Literally no finer podcast/youtube channel than COMICPOP and COMICPOP RETURNS.

    There's also The Comics Cube.

I remain a huge fan of one of the oldest podcasts around: iFanboy.

I certainly disagree with their opinions a fair amount but it's a great, professional podcast made by two (sometimes three) guys that are actual best friends and who bounce off each other brilliantly that it genuinely does feel like you're just dropping in on a conversation between two or three pals, who simply happen to know an awful lot about the subject they're talking about. I also appreciate the fact that despite their name, they are big fans of comics but very much not overly obsessive fanboys.

And yes, Wordballoon is excellent too - but it does depend on who the guest is, as all interview shows do.
