Default Galactica (2004) vs a Ha'tak mothership without shields

Galactica has its best possible crew assembled from the series as a whole. The Ha'tak has a standard Jaffa crew like any we've seen and only gliders for smaller craft. Crews get one day to plan with basic knowledge before the fight. The fight starts at opposite ends of Pluto's orbit in the Sol system. Two fights:

    1. All FTL is disabled.

    2. FTL is allowed and the arena is the entire universe, but no advanced civilisation will aid or otherwise interact with them.

I don't recall whether the Ha'tak had feats against damage without shields. If they don't then Galactica might have an advantage depending on the strength of the Ha'tak ship against the Galactica's cannons and nukes. The Galactica can resist direct hits from a nuke on the ship. If she resist the Ha'tak cannons, we don't know as they seem to be more powerful than standard nukes.

As far as their fighter craft, the Gouald ships get shot down pretty easily with P90s small arms, so the Galatica's Vypers should short work of them.

In a fight, Galactica can use its FTL almost like teleportation. If it could locate an Ha'tak and just appear next to it and the latter is vulnerable without shields, they could blast it.
