The weather will play a big role today as it’s been raining here in Philly since this morning thanks to remnants of Hurricane Ian and will continue throughout the game, potentially limiting what both the Birds and Jags do on offense. I can see this turning into a low scoring affair with the best running attack deciding the outcome.

Yep it's still raining pretty steady here. I imagine it still will be at kickoff. I give the advantage to Eagles. I would think they're running game is as good as last year if they went to it

Wow, incredible game.

15 points of field goals on 4th down. I still think its better to kick than go for it in those situations, metrics be damned, but this game makes me wonder. Five chances to go for it, would any of them have worked?

The Jags are off to a 14-0 lead on the Eagles after the first quarter. This is the first time I’ve seen Jacksonville play, and, I have to say they look pretty darn good. Doug Pederson has this team playing well.

29 straight points for the Eagles after falling behind 14-0 early to Jacksonville. Sophomore QB Trevor Lawrence has been a mess, coughing up the ball four times, resulting in 20 points for Philly.

Addendum: Jags aren’t dead yet, they just punched it in, cutting Philly’s lead to 29-20 with little over seven minutes left in regulation.
