It always struck me as wrong that comic books have a history of NEVER (or almost never) creating world-decimating, event-worthy female villains who are not embodiments of the "power drove her insane" trope. Where are the villainesses who are fully in control and can still totally destroy reality, and would need the combined efforts of the JL, the amazons AND the Atlanteans to be stopped? Are there any currently? I feel that any of these characters that have been mentioned by me and others could, if written correctly, be that kind of threat. And yes, I'd revamp the Adjudicator as a woman.

And three bonuses as I’m horrible at following rules and the more supervillainesses that can stick it to the Justice League the better:

    8. Grail
    9. Eviless
    10. Dark Angel
Yeah, choosing ONLY 7? O-o' soo many really good options....

Dark Angel was also was revealed as an alternate universe Donna Troy at one point. Gotta love that they couldn’t stick with one origin for her.

I prefer the body-hopping demoness, myself.

Agreed - another I think could work (with some work put in [like Eviless]) is Astarte… although I’d probably stray away with what has been done with her before.
