A very minor thing but A self-proclaimed goddess and member of 2 oligarchic dictatorships whining about the monarchical implications of her title is begging to get a tad eye- roll worthy

To me it's really just the perfect extension of her Claremont character arc (aka, like the only Storm writing that actually moved her forward instead of just keeping her the same) which was centered on removing herself from the "goddess" title and learning to come down to Earth and open herself up to love and all of the dirty things one has to do to protect those they love.

I liked that little girl from X-Men Black: Magneto, by Claremont. The one who was super smart and mature for her age, whose mom was an astronaut and helped her whole town, and had a job at her family restaurant despite being so young. She felt so over-the-top and unbelievable as a person, even in a comic book.
