I know Sam doesn't have a personal villain or anything, but having him fight The Leader is so random. Hulk can't even fight his own villains any more.
I hope Sabra wears her catsuit though.
Will we get Eli Bradley set up as Patriot?
I'm sure the Leader will tie into the super soldier serum. Remember, that's how the Hulk and Abomination came about.
I hope the feature has lots of action and intrigue.
I wonder will the pink humanoids show up? Not as cute as Groo's minions, I'm thinking.
Curiously the original Hulk storyline featured Red Skull as a villain-and did feature Sterns, but not Sam: Phil, his brother, AKA Madman.

They were made up of bad guys that seemed chosen at random. Attuma, Sabretooth, Red Skull and not even PAD remembers who else, lol. Maybe Silvermaine?
Black widow movie had the mutant guy who turns into a bear in the comics. This would make her the second known (to us, at least) mutant (that we've heard about) in the MCU after Ms Marve
