Black Panther (616) vs Batman Beyond (Timm/Dini cartoon) in the Khazan Arena, usual defaults. Black Panther's gear for this fight will be his standard equipment during the Priest run of the late '90s: energy daggers, kimoyo card, vibranium claws, etc.

Love (or at least respect) them both to pieces, but Black Panther takes it. Hell, he'd probably beat Bruce in his prime, too, though if we're talking Terry throughout the Batman Beyond series proper, he definitely improved over time, but he was still rather inexperienced. I'd also throw in that the Beyond Batsuit was meant as an augmentative prosthesis to compensate for Bruce's advanced age and Terry's inexperience, whereas the Panther Habit simply supplements T'Challa's physical prowess and senses, so that might be another edge in Black Panther's favor, not to mention that the Beyond Batsuit's camouflage option won't work because of T'Challa's heightened senses, particularly smell and hearing.
