What are your Top5 "I wish they would collect....." list?
*You can include a storyline that may already be included in an omnibus but you want a stand-alone edition.
*However, you can also include a wish for an omnibus that hasn't been released yet.
*Also include any particular writers or artists full run on a particular book

My Top 5 simply consists of series they've already started, but won't finish:

    1. PAD's Aquaman
    2. PAD's Supergirl
    3. Dixon's Birds of Prey
    4. Ostrander's The Spectre
    5. Ostrander's Martian Manhunter

All of these can be done in 2-3 more volumes.

Ahh, the number of series that DC started collecting but never finished. Add Kesel's Superboy, Sandman Mystery Theatre, Power of Shazam, Vigilante, Infinity Inc.

    Anway, my top 5:

    1. All-Star Squadron by Roy Thomas
    2. Metal Men by Kanigher/Andru
    3. Blue Beetle by Len Wein/Paris Cullins
    4. Captain Atom by Cary Bates
    5. Post-Batman Outsiders by Mike W. Barr.Jim Aparo

Honourable mention to Metamorpho by Bob Haney/Ramona Fradon

Also, Superman post-Exile to the Death of Superman

    1. Legion of Superheroes by Levitz. The whole thing, not just messing around with a fat trade here or an OHC there.

    2. Armageddon: 2001 - all the annuals for sure, maybe the two follow up minis, but certainly some nice end notes about the whole Monarch identity fiasco - if they have Denny O'Neil's original plans, show them off, etc.

    3. Green Arrow post Grell (81-137 - mostly for Dixon's run, but I'd like everything in between, and also for an actual collection including Brotherhood of the Fist).

    4. Gotham Knights by Scott Beatty (33-49).

    5. The Complete Batwoman and Bat-girl Collection - all the appearances of Kathy and Bette Kane from 1957-1974ish

I'd be interested in an omnibus that collected EVERY known appearance of...

    Death's Head

AFAIK, these three choices haven't received the collected edition/omnibus treatment yet...

    • Hot Wheels (DC)

    • Red Sonja (Marvel)

    • ROM: SpaceKnight (Marvel)

My choice would definitely be Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man from Mantlo/Hannigan (XD)

    1. Sub-Mariner Silver Age v1
    2. Sub-Mariner Silver Age v2
    3. Namor 1990 v2
    4. Book of Doom v2
    5. Publish the Sub-Mariner Epic Collection at least every year, instead of every 2+ years.
Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?

A lot of the Marvel horror titles you mention were collections of reprints themselves and a lot of the stories have been collected and released as part of the Atlas Masterworks volumes. A large chunk of Ghosts was collected as part oft he Showcase Presents line though it was in b&W.

Yes I have the Showcase volumes for both The Witching Hour and Ghosts however a bit of colour would add greatly to these stories. As for the Atlas Masterworks are they easy to find and not overpriced. Thanks for the reply @MRP had some nice suggestions.

I actually prefer the horror stuff in b&W, especially when compared to some of the garish colors and muddied effects newsprint paper produced.
