A) Krakoa literally has time travelers and reality warpers that make this problem irrelevant.
B) Just put them at the end of the list.
Arakko doesn't want to get rezzed, they're irrelevant. And the whole point is that they're working on bringing them back.
And because it's the right thing to do? By this logic, they shouldn't help the humans at all.
If they could do what you say they would have resurrected all of Genosha by now, which they haven't.
You still don't understand that even with reality warpers and time travel you're trying to solve a flood with a cup. Water goes in much faster than you can get it out. You are with your own narrative all time ignoring the comics.
I'm pretty sure they only haven't rezzed Genosha because Wanda screwed up.
And even if that's not the case, then that's just lazy writing.
Besides, while it’s true that time is a limitation on the amount of people they can resurrect (though only sort of, as pointed out there are more efficient ways to essentially clone a person which is all the Five really do), Xavier and any telepath with access to Cerebro is making the conscious choice to allow any X-gene lacking person on Earth to die at literally all times.
Literally anyone in the past two years (probably way more) who died is someone they could have saved; even if they would be essentially criogenically frozen within Cerebro’s database, they could eventually be brought back.
It’s kind of hard to look at that and say Xavier and co are in the right to do so.

They already have reality warpers and time travelers in The Five. Tempus is already there to speed up the process as much as possible.
6,000 a day is the limit they have reached with their capabilities. The list of dead people to resurrect would be bigger every day than yesterday, you would never get any smaller.
Mathematically speaking there is no way that the system will work with all Earth population.
He's not the only one who has similar technology or powers to raise the dead (Phoenix) and even some villains create clones of themselves or heroes but that's not the point.
The problem is that humans can't accept that mutants can do things or have something they can't like Mars. It is human nature to want what others have or to fear what they do not understand.
Colonization and wars for power and resources have existed from ancient times to the present day.

We know that the limit is 6,000 people a day, that's of course one person every 14.4 seconds without no breaks (They probably rest and sleep so they actually take less time in each resurrection) . With Nightcrawler they probably already had the husk done before because it was a suicide mission so you can lower it even more in this case.
And even with these numbers they would need to multiply their current capacity by 33 to resurrect all the people who die each day, not counting of course all the people who have died before.
At this current rate they will need between 5 and 7 years to resurrect all of Genosha. It's not "narrative thing" is maths.

I really don't see how this mutant society can create a planet but apparently cannot handle fucking just upgrading their RAM
