Rick's gear and implants vary day to day. If we go very classic Rick and he only has his only death Ray and portal gun then he gets gunned down.

eh, sci fi near magic cybernetic implants are essentially part of his standard equip at this point, they've been there pretty much any time he's needed them for a few seasons now and even random alien cybernetic detectors pick them up as basically more advanced than they have scales for

His stuff is all over the place, but things he just carelessly tosses around frequently prove to be at a way higher level than anything Boba Fett can contend with, like the thing he took a lightning bolt with and used to fly into space and have a dustup with Zeus was just one device he happened to be carrying on his person at the time. Fighting Phoenix Person, he had his face grinding along metal surfaces at high enough speed to peel all the flesh off and it didn't really slow him down, and he was still conscious and quipping after getting so perforated with lasers that all of his organs were spilling out of his body, so it's not like he's remotely human beneath the obvious gadgetry either. Phoenix Person fight also displayed various adaptive defenses, like the little metal shield deploying itself around his heart mid-attack. He's done the expanding nanoweave shield thing multiple times now too. He may be carrying a memory eraser gun, which Beskar isn't going to do anything about. He's had a shield that repels and precisely targets bullets on the people who fired them. Killing him may also not work depending on how long it takes him to get pushed into a backup operation phoenix pod, dunno if that'd count as an unwilling ring out or a self ring out. He's trivially done intangibility.

At the very least, he freely can fly fast enough to quickly get into orbit and eat energy attacks well in excess of anything Boba Fett has available. Beyond that, Beskar isn't 100% coverage, so even if he doesn't have one of his weapons that trivially does way more damage than Beskar can tank, he'll get the shot he needs eventually. And that's if he can't just tell his watch to fight an armour guy and automatically rip all its joints apart or something.
