Got to say I love that little tease of Jesse in the Flash mask, not to mention that it apparently belonged to Earth-11’s version of Jay Garrick.

Is that alternate universe Flash the mainstream one or the one from the TV show?

Seems to be mainstream - but since the TV one now has a comic accurate costume... and that 2014 date does match when CW Flash started, however, his emblem was red and not white in season 1.
