It's just in-character. Krys is holding onto a mask of placidity and calm, is all, despite the hurricane of emotions they have going on inside. My note of Krys' level of deception was just to say 'this isn't easy to see through'.

Not trying to actually lie-to or manipulate the other players. ^_^

Gotcha, I'm intending to not use social stats too much in player to player interactions but I'll make a note of whether Jane or Van have an idea of what is going on beneath the surface when I update. Should be posting in a couple of hours.

Totally understood. Outside of actual controlling powers, players shouldn't have a whole lot of control over other players' emotional states, beliefs, whatever. Using social skills against other players tends to be 'nope' in most RPG rules, outside potentially of attempts to intimidate (and even then, an intimidated player can 'choose how they react' in most games, not just 'blindly follow the other character's orders').

Stacks will be assumed to be on in their last configuration, they will only turn off if you will them to or if you run out of energy.
