Updated the combat rubrics guide on page 1 as some of that was waaay out of date.
Remind me - the RAC calculation is rounded to the nearest number, right?

Bugger. My RAC will suck donkey balls then.
Another question. Can you stack (lower-case ‘s’) combining techniques? e.g. If you had 2/1/0 in a particular affinity, could you combine the two Mundane slots into a Honed slot, then combine that with the other Honed slot to have a single Epic slot?
Chief Curmudgeon
Totally not doing this at work, BTW.

As outlined in Patch 1.2:
Emphasis to also remind that Mundane Slots can go anywhere you want them. You can also combine Technique slots within the same affinity to unlock higher levels at a ratio of 2:1.
Example: 2 Mundane Spirit Technique slots can be combined into 1 Honed Spirit Technique, 2 Honed Spirit Techniques slots can be combined into 1 Epic Spirit Technique Slots.
Mundane slots can also be moved across Affinities if you wish. Honed and Epic slots cannot move and you cannot break them down to take them across as Mundane slots.
I need to get this into the Technique Guide more clearly.
Feels likely that when/if Jane levels her next two traits will involve pumping into Mind affinity stuff, so she won’t be quite as specialized after all. Well, it’ll be character progression I suppose

One of the reasons I cheated. RAC seems to be important*.
Hopefully we get enough bonuses when we level up that I can continue to exploit that - my fiddling with RAC only helps over the long run (or keeps me competitive that way if I put less into BRA and SPD than other people).
*shocked expression* I would never assume this!
* This is possibly an understatement.

While I understand wanting to keep to concept, there are choices in there that would allow you to....
1. Set people up for getting hit hard;
2. Keep yourself on your feet to continue to hit hard.
I mean, these are also important considerations for those who want to hit hard. Can't hit hard if can't connect, can't hit hard if KO'ed.
