Vandal erased the age of heroes.

Wonder if the Bendis Legion survives?

So we can have the Bendisverse?? Hurrah..not.

But if this is going to be the last issue penned by Bendis in DC... halleluja!!

Very, very distant shades, I must say.

Between issues 74 and 75 of Justice League. It's the conclusion of Bendis's JL run, and happens before Dark Crisis.

Probably, but not for long, as I expect them to be written out next year when the book relaunches. There's rumours Geoff Johns will be back on it.

Aw, Dawnstar gets to share a cover with Hawkgirl, but it's the version without feathery wings.

Heh, Gold Lantern looks like he's going to box someone.

Yikes, Triplicate Girl Red needs to moisturize or something...

Well for a last issue of Bendis with DC it was less epic or memorable than Marvel.

Finally i tied more with Batman Universe than the Great Darkness of Dark Crisis.

Well the good point of this issue, Bendis leave DC for a while (I would like one day to see him talk about the work with DC). But to see the Legion to be reprise by Johns now is not a very good news also.

It might sound bad, but I'm happy to see this go ka-put. It's not surprising, though. I never had any faith that Bendis' Legion would have any legs. Looked too stupid.

I think Bendis knows his version will be overwritten soon. The Legion warned the League not to time travel. And we know Rip Hunter's showing up soon. Bam, history changes, and so does the Legion.

I just read the last part and yuck. This was one of the worst comics I have ever read. This was Daniel Wilson Earth 2 bad. I've read Bendis' entire LSH run, and the first five issues of this mini and this issue was a disappointment on top of the rest of the books. There was an awful lot of telling and not showing. In fact the issue was ALL telling and not showing.

Granted, an issue or two of the JL and LSH just standing around talking could work if the writer was able to properly differentiate their individual voices, but Bendis didn't pull that off. Instead we saw introductions of characters and ideas with little support or detail.

    Just bad.

I could believe it considering the lack of effort you see in this story.
