Funny that both Gunn and Williamson are putting together Superman playlists lol. I like that they didn’t go with “he listens to country because that’s what Ma and Pa do and he’s a good boy”.

I remember back in the triangle days there was a reference to him liking the beastie boys. I think he should also like some weird things only he could hear with his super hearing, like space dolphin songs or molecules being created or something.

It’s sort of similar insofar as that before Lex hated the very concept of Superman, but now he’s trying to bend Superman to serve him. First by trying to claim the Superman mantle for himself, and now by attempting to mold Clark into what he thinks Superman should be.

Remarkably relatable,i am starting to really love superman villains... It's the one thing i like when they go all in on Clark's savior complex.Do they talk about it in a nuanced objective mannner?nope!not in the least.but,villains you begin to root for.

Um... Rage Against the Machine is "classic rock?" lol. The Doors yes, but that's one thing Rage is not. Only country I see him liking is Johnny Cash because who doesn't like Johnny Cash.

Yeah I like it. I could see him listening to Sigur Ros. An awesome prog/post rock type band from Iceland with an ethereal sound who sings in both Icelandic and a language completely made up by the lead singer.
