Why can they go after the avengers insted. Nothing of value will be lost if the avengers died

Somehow i still doubt they really pull the plug so soon, since editorial and many of the writers seem rather enarmored with the status quo, regardless of how the sales seem to look.

Not to forget that they basicly wrote themself into a corner from which they can't move forward (at least in regular continuity) but any walk back will just make them look bad.

Maybe it's both. Orchis finally makes their move and the island villains, having schemed this whole time, make theirs.

Need more information to really know what to think about this. Not thrilled with what the title suggests or that it seems to be lead by Duggan. Hopefully not the end of Krakoa.

I am not ready for the Krakoa era to end. But my main concern is that Marvel will regress the X-Men the way they regressed Spider-Man in the recent comics. They keep having Peter Parker make big strides in his life, only to go back to living on his Aunt's couch. The X-Men ae different. They've gone through all sorts of upheavals and eras. But if Krakoa ends the same way as Genosha, then what was the point? That's just insanity, the same effort for the same result. I would like to see something different play out. I always expected something to really shake up with Krakoa in the end. But I just don't want to see everything go back to the way things were before.
