    What in your opinion was the last great DC Comics storyline?

    It does not have to be a stand-alone book. It can be a storyline that lasted several issues in an ongoing book.

    All-Star Superman and New Frontier are instant timeless classics. There are other books that have been a blast, but I think those also have that accessible factor that let's you hand them to someone and create a fan out of them, even with no prior comic reading experience.

    Blackest Night is great popcorn but it's also steeped in continuity and relatively impenetrable to the uninitiated.
