Reports out yesterday say it's not only very much alive (though arriving in 2025) but there are now 3 spin-offs coming.

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!

No reputable reporting has even hinted at it being dead and they just found a new showrunner for one of the spin-off series so no, don't think it's dead.
