Yeah, I think it looks & reads pretty darn good! Agreed, I like how she's seeming more calm, cool, and collected, most the time. There's almost this growing levelheadedness, that I'm sensing, and I think it works.

IKR, Brogue must've copped some of Anna's often uncompromising, all or nuthin attitude, after infectin' her.

Same here, their pairing has chemistry & it's definitely got potential, though it does need to be fleshed out more. It's a no-brainer on paper especially, given their respective "family" line similarities. But some feeling through emotional bonding should start bein' added, to solidify its believability, and gain more enthusiastic interest & investment from fans.

Logan and Magneto are an amazingly popular and interesting relationship dynamic. But, that popular dynamic wouldn't be possible without real tension between them and the occasional serious throw downs.

Bunn and Williams both tried to make Lorna and Daken sparkle and yah they did have a heart to heart about daddy issues. But, the relationship failed entirely due to a certain reality that being what would Magneto and Logan have been without any real tension or conflict? We both know the answer is entirely forgettable which was what Magneto and Logan were until the 90s. People tend to forget Logan and Mags got along very well in the 80s like Laura and Lorna here. The 90s were a very different story and that launched their modern fun and very popular allies and frienemies relationship in the 00s to now.

Duggan could have played up the conflict angle a bit more from Lorna using Laura as a weapon, but to be frank it needs a lot more than that. Don't get me wrong Lorna and Laura relationship could be extremely interesting and popular, but it won't go anywhere if they attempt the same thing they tried with Lorna and Daken.

It sure is. KT does seem to have at least some fondness for her and a good handle on what she's capable of. It seems like it's gonna be an eXciting & entertaining ride, but not without repercussions, so it sounds like a solid bet. I can relate, and why it's pretty much digital first now, with some select, collected stuff thereafter. As it is, I'm planning on going through what I already have, and paring that down.
