Johnny Storm has just to create his own combustive agent along his own fuel (of course, it doesn’t explain how he moves straight ahead…)

Fire underwater is possible. Spongebob taught us that when he bulit a campfire underwater. Of course a little rain cloud came and put it out. So dont know if that is a great example
