It's been mentioned and teased since Cloonrad took over. I think once Diana properly interacts with the Gods again, there'll be a clay origin flashback in the main event.

When was Diana being Zeus's daughter last mentioned? Was it back in Bendis's Young Justice when Cassie referred to Diana as her aunt (which Diana would be if she's Zeus' daughter and Cassie is his granddaughter)? Diana's reversion to her original origin means that Lennox can be excised and Cassie can have that daughter of Zeus origin back - Donna's apparently gone back to her pre-Crisis rescued from a fire by Diana origin too, though that would require Diana to have been active three decades ago - which is not incompatible with the clay origin.
