Y’all Percy is just barely a third through his 100-issue arc. You’ve gotta be patient and see how things play out.

I'm beginning to think that's the case. If it is, I'm out. I've watched the complete destruction of a character I've loved for years. And I've been seeing calls from comics fandom all over the internet calling for Beast to be permanently killed off. It's just too upsetting.

Perhaps Brand is indeed in on it.Though I don't know what she would gain from his secret prison, unless she's using his actions as blackmail or she's playing to his twisted side for access and info.

My hope is that at some point Brand uploaded a corrupted copy to Hank’s resurrection file. Based on the Dark Beast template. Something like that would easily exonerate Hank at the end of this terrible character arc dreamed up by Percy.

Yeah, that was anti-climatic.

Eva Bell mentioned to Hank she had seen multiple versions of those trials while traveling in time, I'm guessing that was one of the things she was trying to fix.

I'm not up on all the current books, but does anyone know if Hank has been shown using magic or in his magic-altered Beast-form since he acquired Young TD-05 Beast's memories? If not, that's probably just a matter of time.

Fun thing, that evil-Beast from the future had something I don't think I've ever seen anyone comment on, a Beast belt-buckle with the 'Classic-Beast-George Perez-style' appearance!
