Hear me out: Superman Video Game

The game starts out in the most intense fight for Superman's life. He is defeated at the beginning of the game and is severely de-powered. The player works their way back up the ladder by fighting the classic Superman villains. The player progresses through each boss to get back Superman's powers. End game content is back to fighting the original villain at the beginning. It's actually such a simple concept that would be a lot of fun.

You could just adapt Death and Return of Superman. Doomsday is the opening while Clark's recovery is the tutorial.

I'd prefer using Conner tho. I'm a bigger fan of Conner than Clark. Plus "don't diss the S" is a cool tagline.

I’d flip it and say that you’re Superman - you’re invulnerable, but Metropolis is not. The aim is to not smash buildings, break peoples necks, etc.

New 52 Action Comic's take on Superman is the only take I'd wanna play as so I'd just build a game around that take.
