Indeed, it is. Or it should be. Also, thanks for the recommendation in your signature.

No problem, I adore that book. it is absolutely insane in all the right ways and the most fun I've had with US comics all year!

JPV is kinda the Ben Reilly of the Bat-franchise but I love the guy.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"

"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"

"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!

Indeed, he is, now that I think about it. Poor bastards, both of them.

I’m so glad for that issue, I love the current dynamic between Peter and JJ way more than their old one, JJ trying his best to make up for all the pain he caused Peter and acting like his hype man

The fact that Chip did such a great story is hopefully the reason that Jameson won't unlearn Peter secret anytime soon, I hope, I like this character development for Jameson.

It is fun seeing him do a flip. Going from "My god you are a menace!" To "Holy crap look at the tragic things and crap you have had to deal with including from my end. You are a true hero!" And JJ being the sometimes side kick trying to help Peter but always making things worse is pretty funny to see.

He'd be hypocritical to hate Spidey now anyway, as he's a big supporter of Silk (who he doesn't know is his employee, journalist Cindy Moon!)

I'm still waiting for him to find that out, too.

Jameson has never gone out of his way to avoid being hypocritical.

Considering his penchant in the past for creating or enabling worse menaces while going after Spider-Man for being, in his mind, a threat and a menace . . .

And funded The Spider Slayers several times, and created The Human Fly.

Guy has blood on his hands for sure.

And as of more recent comics, he does realize that. Hell, Revenge of the Spider-Slayers ended with him (finally) admitting, while holding Marla Madison in his arms after she took a fatal hit from Alistair Smythe for him, that it was all his own fault, not Spider-Man's.
