Thanks for the votes and especially to Riv86672 for putting me over the top.
I'm busy the next few hours, so I will think on this and post a contest latter today.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!
Congratulations to Kirby101 and thanks for your vote!
Thanks also to WestPhillyPunisher for your vote too
Yay, Kirby!

Every day is a gift, not a given right.

Congratulations to Kirby101 whose entry this week gave me vertigo with the angle of view as well as the height.
For thanks, this week, we go to Spy magazine which published corresponding endorsements where writer A would compliment writer B's book accompanied by one where writer B compliments writer A's book. I have no idea why I mention this, but it seemed necessary. Thanks to Scott Taylor for both his vote and his playing along.
I’ll don the mask and wear the cape
If I am super, how can I wait?
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:
Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.
