Jesus Christ “The Flash movie would not have been made without Batman”, the Flash fans are in hell.
I hope if we ever get another Flash movie there is absolutely no Batman in it.

During the global press conference for The Flash, Sasha Calle revealed she met Cavill and he loved the film. Of course he did, spoilers:
the world is fated to die at Zod's hand if he isn't around to save everyone's ass.
    end of spoilers

Sasha Calle, who plays Kara Zor-El, Clark Kent's Kryptonian relative, in the new movie, tells EW that she met Man of Steel headliner Henry Cavill and received his stamp of approval.

"Yes, I met him," she exclaims. "I met him actually after the movie was done, months later. I gave him a big hug. You know, it's Henry Cavill, man! Our Man of Steel. He is kind and very proper, and it was a great experience."

"I asked him, 'Did I make you proud, cuz? Does Superman approve?'" she continues. "And he was like, 'Absolutely. You did a phenomenal job.' I think, to me, that meant the world, because it's Henry Cavill, Man of Steel."

I asked her if she had ever talked to a Superman or a Supergirl for any advice and SHE TALKED TO HERNY CAVILL and MELISSA BENOIST!!! Herny ALREADY SAW THE MOVIE and he loved it💣💣💣

I agree. I don't get Gunn's logic to remove Cavill's new footage filmed for the film, while keeping his double/stand-in/archive footage cameos that were/are used to acknowledge his character.

No point giving people false hope or expectations.

I think Cavill's scenes were harmless and didn't seem to set up anything for the future (unlike what Keaton/Affleck had). If Gunn's intention is to have the final cut of The Flash ending in the DCEU (unlike the CinemaCon cut seemed to imply), I don't see anything wrong by showing a small appearance of Cavill among the others.

The Flash Director On How They 'Honored' Zack Snyder's DC Universe With The New Film

We have seen recent use of Zack Snyder’s DC cast in recent DC Movies, whether it was Henry Cavill’s cameo in Black Adam or Gal Gadot appearing in Shazam: Fury of the Gods. Now that The Flash is continuing to lean on the actors who were cast in Snyder’s original films, I wanted to know if director Andy Muschietti has shown Snyder The Flash yet. And though he hasn’t, he did tell us the following:

"I would love Zack to watch this movie. I think we honored the part of the movie that he created in terms of characters and characterizations. And cast. So, I think he would enjoy it."

    Did Tim Burton watch it?

He was part and parcel of all the nonsense. I still remember when negotiations fell through with Cavill, and WB floated out the idea of a Supergirl movie.
They were bluffing, I'm sure, about the movie, but not Supergirl.

I would love to see Sasha as a version of Supergirl. Not Kara Zor-El, but some version sure.

And it would be logical to conclude DCEU with every major character appear (except Cyborg, for obvious reasons it was impossible). I mean, we can love or hate MoS, but it all started with Cavill, and he should have been in this movie, even if it's just one scene.

Rumor batman 2 delayed from writers' strike and will start filming next year now. Not been confirmed yet so rumor.

Also, wb stepping up the flash marketing in china. That train makes sense for a flash marketing stunt.

Looks like wb wants flash a hit in china.

    Exactly.

Judging by Gunn's claims that The Flash changes some things (Superman, Batman) but not others (Davis' Amanda Waller) and it's a reset, as well as the "CinamaCon cut" they are showing to hundreds of people, I feel they want at least to create the illusion that this movie lead to Gunn's reboot, and removed the actors being officially done (Affleck, Keaton, Cavill) from the ending for that purpose.
