Peacemaker is nothing like the Charlton version. He's a total parody of superheroes in general. If he were actually a fan, these characters would be comic accurate. Having obscure characters show up means nothing, you can skim a wiki page for that. For example, I'm not even really sure how many GOTG comics he actually read.

I'm pretty sure he even said Polka Dot Man was in TSS because he came across the character while looking up dumbest supervillain lists on the internet.

Moore liked what Wein/Wrightson did and incorporated pretty much all of their stories into his revamped version of Swamp Thing. You can easily pick up and read their collection and then go straight into Moore's version without any problems. I think that Moore's work on Supreme is closer to what people talk about here.

The original Kendra hawkgirl was a brown latina by the way and the reboot one is a black one.
Earth 2 kendra was a black latina as well.
So if it's kendra it looks like it will be the original one and the not race swapped one.
