Gunn liked this post on Twitter:
"I love mankind...it's people I can't stand!!"
- Charles Schultz.
Kind of wild to think about. Wouldn't Returns count (if barely?)
True, but this is just more an ending scene that resolves the fates of the various characters. It obviously is intended to continue from there, but I feel like it also works as an ending for everybody. And there's still Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2 coming out afterward, so I doubt Flash is going to tie into the reboot, especially since I sincerely doubt Gunn is keeping Ezra Miller.
I hope Gunn does right by the Daily Planet cast.
Without making them derivative of other crews he's written.
Keep in mind that you have about as much chance of changing my mind as I do of changing yours.
The woman seen from the back around 0:55 of the trailer spoilers:end of spoilers
is Wonder Woman in a faceless cameo on a date with Billy... in his dreams, lol.(Sandberg making fun of SM's headless cameo of the prev. film)
I think they'll show more of this scene in future clips or a final trailer close to the film release.

We can't have Shazam fight Black Adam, but we can have him fight some random Daughters of Atlas and some non-Monster Society CG monsters. And a dragon. Can't forget about the dragon.
Poor Freddy. Seems like his love interest is part of the bad guys, he loses his powers first, and then he gets kidnapped.
Seems like their solution to the large cast of heroes is just de-powering them until Billy is the only one left. Poor Mary.
It's nice to see the Wizard getting more screentime and interacting with everybody.
Looks like a relatively solid and fun film, if nothing else.
