Yeah, your favorite "made in China" books are supposed to be announced a month early and this solicit should include the September masterworks. Maybe those books are delayed a month or they left this solicit incomplete because of the uncertainty of the west coast port strikes?

fwiw, the unofficial masterwork announcement here: Daredevil masterwork vol.9

Night Nurse is pseudo-TPB enough that I might need to check it out. Was the limited series any good? In her odd appearance in The Oath etc., she seems like a fun character.

The Dark Phoenix Saga traditionally begins with issue #129 which is the 1st appearance of the White Queen, Hellfire Club and intro of Kitty Pryde.

I guess not.. the "Collected Editions" part of the wiki for the event says it's just Spectacular. So that's probably right. None of the FNSM issues were bannered "Civil War" though. (Of course, I don't think Spectacular was bannered "Civil War" either so, oh well.)

I wouldn't recommend that! With this new thinner paper you'd just end having to wash your hands for 5 minutes when your fingers poke through.

What is the difference between these two?

    2. http://www.instocktrades.com/TP/Marv...D-HC/DEC031633

And which one do I want to order?
    This stuff confuses me.

Just rebooted back to the forum... 20 omnibus later ! It sure has been a while...

So far it seems like a weak omnibus year (at least for me).
Except for Bru's cap, Hawkeye and maaaaybe FF vol.3, I'm not really tempted by anything else.

Any guesses for what else is coming this year ?

C'mon Marvel it's time to start to show some omnibus love to some of your major and still neglected characters. Bring on some Hulk, Dr. Strange, Namor (Byrne), MARVEL NOWWWWWWW! (pun intended).

X-Men: Hunt for Xavier is such a random release. What is the thinking behind this TPB?

Does this mean we won't ever get these issues collected in an omnibus? What about the issues missed between Onslaught Omnibus, Zero Tolerance and this? What about the issues between this and Morrison?

I want to buy it but I hate double dipping.

Thanks for the help Joseph. Apparently Spectacular and FNSM were bannered as 'Spider-Man Unmasked', but were set during Civil War (explaining the title of the book). FNSM's unmasked stories were just collected in its ordinary Vol 2 trade.
